Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 25, 2025


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet been shipped or produced.
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number.


2. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once a product has been shipped, except in cases of product defect or wrong item delivery.


5. Exceptions

  • Products marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for cancellation or return.
